High amount of renewable energy
If there is a lot of renewable energy available, the hydrogen plant makes more than offtakers need. The hydrogen can then also fill the storage in salt caverns.
Moderate amount of renewable energy
When an average amount of renewable energy is available, the hydrogen plant makes enough hydrogen for its offtakers in industry and mobility.
Low amount of renewable energy
When there is little or no renewable energy available, the supply of green hydrogen is provided from the reserves in the salt caverns.
