ENGIE, together with RWE and Groningen Seaports, welcomed around 75 students from vocational education school Firda on the 18th of April. Firda is the vocational school with which the HyNetherlands team is collaborating on a hydrogen demonstration table. The students went on a field trip in the Eemshaven region. Our colleagues on the Eems gave the students a presentation about our activities and of course a tour around the gas fired power plant including a virtual tour around the future HyNL site.
Through an interesting program, the level 4 Middle Management Engineering students got a good view on what ENGIE does, what the HyNetherlands team does and how they could possibly have an active role once they have finished their education.
